USSMC Conference Event and Planning Services

In the area of conference and event management, USSMC provides a full range of pre-site, on-site, and post-event services that include: Listed below are all efforts that may be will be incorporated in USSMC’s Project Pre-event, On-site and Post-event Services with the exception of Registration Fee Development, Site Selection and contract negotiation, Press room operations, speaker identification, recruitment and training save-the-date cards and other development promotional activities, translation signage interpretation, onsite reimbursement, Processing of honorarium and reimbursements, transcription services, registration fee development, hospitality suites and banquets and conference web design and development is being handled by another vendor. The remaining activities and deliverables not mentioned will be provided by USSMC to support any requirement.


Currently USSMC has a VASCUUP Master Agreement from Mary Washington University. Our Naics Codes are: 561920 - Conference Organizer and Event Planning

The Belle is also the Mid-Day host on Radio One’s Praise 104.7FM, 100,000 watts. She is on from 10am to 3p.m., for one of the most powerful Gospel radio stations in the country based in Richmond, VA. Before being hired by Radio One, The Belle worked at Clear Channel Radio, now I Heart Radio, where her talent kept her behind the mic as News and Community Affairs Director and Talk Show Hostess for five 50,000 watts FM radio stations in Virginia, including the top Urban Radio Stations in Richmond and Norfolk, for more than 13 years​.
