Alicia S. Jones, MBA, BA is a Seasoned Supply Chain Specialist with over 16 years of experience in procurement, production planning, and program management, supported by a 23-year military career in the U.S. Navy. Proven ability to lead teams, manage multimillion-dollar budgets, and optimize complex supply chains. Known for problem-solving under pressure and fostering cross-functional collaboration in high-stakes environments. Managed a combined total of over $46 million in budgets and programs throughout career.

She oversees material programs, ensuring timely availability of critical components and conducts market analysis to guide purchasing strategies.

Before this, she worked as a Production Planning & Scheduler II at the same company for 5 years, directing material planning for major projects and resolving supply chain disruptions to keep projects on track.

Prior to that, she held the role of Production Planning & Scheduler I with Kelly Engineering Resource for 1.5 years, where she managed production schedules and inventory to support shipboard operations, conducting inventory analysis to optimize stock levels.

​

Before moving into the industrial sector, Alicia served in the U.S. Navy, including 3 years as a Curriculum Model Manager at SWOSS/Naval Engineering Learning Site Norfolk, where she managed a team of 12 instructors, training over 19,000 personnel and overseeing training equipment projects and curriculum development.

 

Earlier, she spent 3 years as a 3M Maintenance Program Manager on the USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76), training 3,200 personnel in maintenance protocols and managing preventive maintenance programs.

 

Her early Navy career also included 3.5 years as a Damage Control Detailer & Rating Manager at the Navy Personnel Command, where she supervised personnel assignments for 5,000 service members and managed training budgets and personnel readiness programs.
