Brenda Campbell, MSW, MBA President and CEO is an accomplished twenty-six year senior executive with USSMC with demonstrated ability to deliver mission-critical results, manage all levels of multiple projects and create strategic alliances with organization leaders to effectively align with and support key business initiatives.   

A Graduate of Howard University's Masters Program of Social Services Management, acquired Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Psychology, with a minor in Business Administration from University of the District of Columbia and completed several programs via: Honorary Special Executive Leadership Development Training Programs with the Howard University and University of EL Paso(UTEP), in EL Paso Texas sponsored by the U.S. Small Business Administration 8(a) Business Development Program. 

She is also a graduate Veterans Institute for Procurement (VIP) Program and was honored by Congressman Dave Brat and the Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce.

Commencement Speaker: Recently in December 2015, the President and CEO served as the Commencement Speaker for the Richmond ITT Technical Institute. 

National Senior Trainer and federal customer recommended Senior Management Consultant with an extensive thirty year track record in providing individual and group consultation to the development and implementation of large scale, major program and project initiatives for the military, federal civilian, state, local government agencies, private, non-profit and commercial business sector environments across the United States to over 10,000 small business, over 5,000 veteran own small businesses and thousands of senior executive secretariat level officials, program managers, supervisors and managers including: secretaries of Federal Agencies. Brenda is extremely passionate about imparting knowledge and attributes this to her legacy building plight to people and the next generation

Author of proprietary business training guide entitled Direct U.  She has written documents, articles to mention “DIRECT U” a guide for small businesses, designed trainings on various topics to include: small business programs, contracts negotiation, contracts, the winning RFP, cohesive team strategies, federal proposal writing, marketing and business development, position the woman owned business, veteran/service disabled businesses, communications, diversity, human resource and organization developmental systems, infrastructure, and program evaluation.  Brenda is in the process of writing and publishing other small business books and articles that will help the small business community reach their unlimited potential.

Honored by the US Small Business Administration and the US Treasury Department at the Arlington National Cemetery as a successful small veteran owned small woman business. 
 
Training Developer of USSMC Corporate Proprietary Training 
Two of her most popular training series are entitled’ “The Real Truth: About Doing Business with the Federal Government” and “The Real Truth: About Grants and Grants Writing”. She also has two nine month programs for Small Businesses and Veteran Disabled Small Businesses, Training Education Development Business Academy  (TEDBA) and Veteran Training Education Development Business Academy (VTEDBA). More specifically as it relates to Management and Leadership Development, Career Development, Marketing/Business Development POSCORBE, Business Process Reengineering, EEO, and Mediation.  Her Public Relations and Professional Communications Skills are outstanding. 
 
Small Business Training and Development:  Improved overall system performance for each customer agency. Provided adult continuing small business educational courses to several universities small business incubator programs through the SBA and independently. Launched well-received adult continuing educational professional development courses for thousands of small business owners at several universities, small business incubator programs through the SBA and its partners.
 
Featured Guest on Virginia This Morning Show on WTVR-CBS Channel 6 discussing prerequisites of Small Businesses and their impact on the economy in August 2013. This effort resulted in a promotional opportunity for USSMC and its local customer base.

Featured Guest on the Virginia This Morning Show on WTVR on two additional occasions: On  October 16, 2014 for discussions on Women Owned Small Business Presentation and again on July 29, 2014 for Business Presentations for  Veterans and Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses. Leadership Professional Development: Led USSMC to its successful graduation of the SBA 8(a) Business Development nine-year program in 2010 and other SBA Leadership programs.

Product Developer: Hired interns and established a research and product development arm for USSMC. Developed Proprietary Tracking System.

Mentored and coached thousands of federal employees resulting in a 15% increase in productivity. Designed streamline processes, justified program savings by 25% through various cost effective, cost beneficial and Most Efficient Organization (MEO) and A-76 initiatives. Alleviated costly EEO cases for the following federal agencies:  DOE, DOI, OPM, USDA, Treasury, HUD, and Commerce. Streamlined Treasury’s EEO Office complaint process by 20%.

Senior Management Consultant: Advised major decision-makers to include: several undersecretaries, congressional offices, Executive Staff, Program Managers, Military Officials, OSDBUs Senior Level and OSDBU Diversity Council and Contracts/Acquisition Staff and Secretaries of various federal & military departments.
 
Guest Presenter and Veteran InvolvementPresented to the Veterans Administration Executive Officials Staff and Union representatives and ninety-six employment coordinators from the Vet Success Program nationally at the Leesburg, Virginia National Conference Center in June 2011. Honored as minority veteran small business CEO and keynote speaker at the WAVE Conference for the Arlington National Cemetery's Co-Sponsors: the US Small Business Administration and the US Treasury and the Veterans Affairs Administration, Veterans Small OSDBU, Procurement and Contracts Received PMBOK Project Management Certification from the New Horizons Training Center. Presented to Veterans Conference.

USSMC CEO served as Guest Presenter for Prince Georges County Economic Development on the Make It In America plan that was launched by Congressman Steny Hoyer for the small businesses/entrepreneurs, labor representatives, universities/colleges (Bowie State University/Prince Georges County College), innovators and economists about ideas about what it will take to the Make It In America Program.

Bill Robinson, has served as the Executive Vice President/Chief Operations Officer of USSMC, since 2008.  Mr. Robinson is a valuable asset to the company and oversees the Program Operations areas of the Company.  He is a well-rounded senior level manager and self motivated professional. Bill's core skill sets are strategic, systematic, and technical.  Mr. Robinson has demonstrated leadership in program and project management development, team building, mentorship, and participatory team management resulting in highly productive and effective team performance: progressive development of USSMC’s Program/Project Management arm of the company with Federal Government civilian and Department of Defense clients, business customers and core and key personnel for various projects. 


He is responsible for overall stakeholder interaction and interfacing including government sponsors, collaborative partners, prime contractors, sub contractors, and vendors as required by each project. Plan and prepare project work, budgets, personnel, scheduling, resource allocations, processes and policies, oversee procurements, staff development, problem resolution, quality standards and performance compliance. Mr. Robinson has 12 years of Project Management experience.


Maintains an Associate Degree from Bryant and Stratton College, Richmond, VA, Information Technology with strong emphasis in project management of enterprise wide architectural related systems for financial and banking institutions in various legacy systems and other financial applications. Program Project Management Training - USSMC’s Training Division, Project Management Courses and US Small Business Administration Training Offerings, ASTD Training and a variety of Leadership Program Courses.


Mr. Robinson has also served as a Program/Project Manager  for USSMC. Currently and in the past he has provided oversight, quality assurance, monitoring, status, and final reporting for project management team on several USSMC customer projects related conference planning to include the SBA, US Department of Health and Human Services SAMHSA’s PATH Program and US Department of Homeland Security and various small businesses.


Bill manages all training requirements for the SBA training programs. Managed last two and four day annual PATH Grantee Meetings at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Washington, DC, Managed Industry Day Conference at the Ronald Reagan Building in Washington, DC and the Acquisitions Day Seminar Conference at Fort Belvoir in Virginia. Hosted, managed, and performed various functions such as statistical reporting, website development, travel / hotel arrangements, audio visual / webcasting, and technical support.


Served as project manager for US Department of Defense (Bolling AFB, Andrews AFB, and Langley AFB) on facility management requirements including software engineering, installation, requirements, systems analysis, evaluative reports, programming design, testing, scheduling and interface protocols for web-based systems and technical support requirements. He also oversees small business support areas for VDOT.
